AMPA is pleased to announced that Emily Hubley of the University of Calgary is the winner of the 2016 AMPA Student Travel Award based on two abstracts titled, “A novel respiratory motion simulation program for VMAT treatment plans: a phantom validation study”, and “The effect of plan modulation on VMAT liver SBRT treatments: A motion study”. Ms. Hubley will be presenting at the Canadian Organization of Medical Physicists Annual Scientific Meeting, to be held July 20-23, 2016 in St. John’s, Newfoundland. Congratulations, Emily!
